Please note that all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part (such as incorrect sizing, item, or misprint). In such cases, the customer has 5 days after delivery to contact us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
